LNG freight rates

On Tuesday, 8th February 2022, the Spark30S Atlantic spot LNG freight rate was assessed as negative for the first time at -$750 per day. This document explains the different components of a Spark LNG freight rate and how those components may, in certain circumstances, result in a negative Spark LNG freight rate.
