Abu Dhabi’s ADNOC has advanced its LNG plans in its and other countries. ADNOC’s Ruwais LNG project in Abu Dhabi issued a Limited Notice to Proceed for early EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) activities to its contractor in March (and in fact they announced the FID decision today)..
