Utilization of European LNG regasification terminals was unusually low in the 4th quarter of 2020 compared to the same quarter of the previous year (34% in Q4 2020 vs. 51% in Q4 2019). Usually, utilization rises considerably from the 3rd to the 4th quarter, but in 2020 that wasn’t the case.
