U.S. gas storage comes in 10% higher

U.S. Lower-48 natural gas inventories came in at 3,836 Bcf, higher by 10 Bcf on the week. Lower-48 gas storage is 10.1% higher than last year and 9.2% higher than the five-year average. Compared to last year, gas storage in the Pacific Region is 31.9% higher, and 10.7% above the five-year average. Meanwhile, the SouthCentral Region is 6.7% higher than last year, and 9.2% above the five-year average. Salt storage is 9.2% higher than last year and 7.5% higher than the five-year average.
