The cargo from Indonesia is currently onboard the Hoegh Galleon while the cargo from Das Island is onboard the Ob River.

This is part of a growing trend of rare Pacific basin cargoes being exported into Northwest Europe on the back of record-high gas prices in the region.

Until now, most of the cargoes delivered into Europe was mainly from the Atlantic Basin and Qatar.

Only last week, the UK received a rare LNG cargo from Chile.

The Ob River cargo was likely sold to EDF or Total.
