BHI Rig Count: net gas rigs are unchanged at 92 rigs as a rig addition in the “other” category offset a loss of one rig in the Barnett.

Family Hoegh: Hoegh LNG is poised to go private in a $212 million deal with a 50:50 JV of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners and Leif Hoegh.

The deal follows GasLog’s delisting plans announced last month through a merger with BlackRock’s Global Energy & Power Infrastructure team.

Indonesia’s Petronas is concerned about potential cost overruns and delays associated with the Coastal GasLink project feeding LNG Canada.
